It seems a legitimate ad and addresses the reasons why people Anal Bleach:

Although I have never heard of bleaching the penis… although I am sure this can be acheived (I’ve just never heard of it)
Bleaching can be done on the outer labias of the vagina, the penis and the inner thighs.
The treatment is performed by Helena, a licensed professional, at a cost of $75.00 – which seems reasonable – and sometimes she gives you the cream to take home and use.
